And its also very important that the writer is passionate about what he writes. Your blog doesn't really have a strong focus on anything (its sort of about technology), you should change that. Talk about anything you like, anything from technology to fashion to even your school/college/work. Also post frequently, at least twice a week, daily if possible. BTW, you are a good writer, and do have great content. Your blog could become huge if you work at it. Blogs that make it big are the ones that have a particular focus.
